Dans l'optique de développer nos sélections départementales U11, les rassemblements de Secteurs vont évoluer sous la forme suivante.
5 nouveaux secteurs vont voir le jour et chacun divisé en deux :
- "EST NORD" et "EST SUD"
- "BEAUCE NORD" et "BEAUCE SUD"
- "AGGLO OUEST" et "AGGLO EST"
- "CENTRE NORD" et "CENTRE SUD"
- "SUD OUEST" et "SUD EST"
Lors de chaque rassemblement, les U11F et U11M des clubs concernés se retrouveront pour un entraînement de 2h avec les coachs de sélections et des clubs présents afin de créer des sélections de secteurs (par exemple, la sélection "EST NORD", la sélection "AGGLO EST" ...) et un coach de secteur sera désigné pour encadrer cette sélection "locale".
A l'issue de tous ces rassemblements, les coachs de secteurs pourront s'ils le souhaitent réorganiser un entraînement local avec leur groupe.
Pour finir, toutes ces sélections de secteur se retrouveront courant Janvier pour le "TOURNOI INTER SECTEUR DU LOIRET" (TISL) qui servira de support final aux staffs des sélections U11 pour déterminer leur groupe de travail et préparer le Festibasket 2024 (Loir-et-Cher).
